By booking an appointment with Perfect Sculpts & Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their medical history, allergies, medications, skin conditions, pregnancy status or any other information that may affect the suitability or safety of a treatment.
Perfect Sculpts & Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe or where a contraindication is present.
Where required, patch tests must be completed within the recommended timeframe prior to treatment. Failure to attend or complete a patch test may result in the treatment being postponed or cancelled.
Treatment results may vary between individuals depending on lifestyle, aftercare, skin type, nail condition, hair growth cycles and other factors outside of the therapist's control. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for following any aftercare advice provided. Perfect Sculpts & Beauty cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings whilst attending appointments. Perfect Sculpts & Beauty accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Unless previously agreed, clients are kindly requested not to bring children or additional guests to appointments to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all clients.
Prices, treatment times and service descriptions may be updated periodically without prior notice. The most current pricing displayed within the booking system will apply.
Perfect Sculpts & Beauty reserves the right to refuse future bookings where abusive, aggressive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour is displayed towards the therapist or other clients.
All treatments are carried out to a professional standard. By proceeding with a treatment, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with beauty treatments and agree that liability is limited to the value of the treatment received.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect both the client and Perfect Sculpts & Beauty whilst ensuring a safe, professional and enjoyable experience for everyone.
